Rev Dennis Kenkwo was born on October 10, 1951 to Pa Amos & Mrs. Rebecca Kenkwo of Umuezeala Nsu in Ehime,
Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State. He started his primary school at St. Matthew’s School, Umuezeala
Nsu in 1960, and finished in 1968 during the war.
He proceeded to Emmanuel College, Owerri and stopped in Class II, between 1970/71, but later continued his secondary
education at Trinity College of Ministerial Arts, Aba from 1979 – 1982 and graduated with a Diploma Certificate
in Theology. He joined TREM in 1982 and was ordained a Pastor in the same year.
Presently, he is the Pastor in charge of Holy Communion & Child Dedication in the Headquarters Church; He is
also a member of the Comfort Ministry Church Attendance.
Rev Kenkwo attended an Advanced Leadership Seminar in Ghana in 1986, and also attended Missions International
Church Growth Conference Africa in 1988. He also attended West Africa Congress on Evangelism in 1988 and
in 1990, he participated in a training workshop on Supervisory Management Development.
He attended Morris Cerullo Mission to All the World (Africa) in 1999 and participated in Lagos
Ministers (Time Square Church) in 2002. He had his Computer Trainings in 2003 and 2005 respectively
and traveled to Jerusalem on Pilgrimage in the year 2005. Rev Kenkwo received a well-desreved
Award on Consistency in the Ministry in 2006.
He is married with two children, one boy and one girl.
