Pastor Rose Egondu Nweze was born in Obgodi-Ukwu Umuopara, in Umuahia South Local Government in Abia State
to Mr. & Mrs. Benson Nweze Agomuo. She attended Ogwe Primary School and had her First Leaving Certificate in 1979,
later she got admission into High School in the same year at Girls High School, Aba where she obtained
her West Africa School Certificate in 1983.
In 1984, she worked as a Cashier with FARMTEC Nig. Ltd, Aba, until 1985, when she joined Lever
Brothers Nig. Ltd., as a Sales Supervisor. She later acquired stills and became independent
in business as a Fashion Designer.
She joined The Redeemed Evangelical Mission, Aba in 1983 and gave her life to
Christ in 1986. She has been very committed in different arms of the Ministry,
as Choir Mistress, Young Women Chairperson, Teacher in Children’s Department,
and MIT Teacher. She has also been very active in the area of Follow-up and Evangelism.
She was called into the Ministry in 2001, and attended God’s Army Bible College in
2002 where she obtained a Diploma. In 2003, she was employed as a full time Pastor and
worked briefly under Bishop Bethuel Korakpe, Zonal Coordinator, Special Zone. In the same
year, she was transferred to TREM Headquarters, Lagos, where she is presently assigned to
work under Bishop Peace Okonkwo, the Zonal Coordinator, Lagos/Abuja Zone. She works
in the finance department of the church, as well as the International Women Prayer
Conference, Lagos.
Pastor Rose, as she is fondly called obtained a Diploma from DSL Computer School
in 2005, and takes delight in music, reading and games.
